Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to generate a prepaid shipping label and packing slip.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn BIRKENSTOCK shoes in their original branded box, then secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Package

Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

Receive Your Refund
