What is the difference between the Regular and Soft Footbed?

The Regular Footbed features an anatomically shaped cork-latex core, while the Soft Footbed includes an additional integrated foam layer for extra cushioning from day one.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure the tags are attached and the shoes show no signs of outdoor use.

Can I repair my BIRKENSTOCK sandals?

Yes, our sandals are designed to be sustainable and repairable. Many of our components, including the soles and footbeds, can be replaced by a professional cobbler.

How should I care for the suede and leather materials?

We recommend using a suede brush for nubuck and suede, and a specialized leather conditioner for smooth leathers to maintain their appearance and durability over time.
